DIRECTIVE no. 1/2015 Agency for Regional Development Support Košice, n.o. of 26 June 2015 on the internal system for handling complaints from a natural person about anti-social activities

Director of the Agency for Regional Development Support Košice, n.o. according to § 23 par. 1 of Act no. 213/1997 Coll. on non-profit organizations providing services of general interest and § 11 par. 8 of Act no. 307 / 2014Z.z. on certain measures related to the notification of anti-social activities and on the amendment of certain laws, the Directive regulates the details of the internal system of handling complaints pursuant to a special regulation.
