The Agency is a public contracting authority in the sense of § 6 par. 1 letter d) of Act no. 25 / 2006Z.z. on Public Procurement, as amended, and when awarding contracts for the supply of goods, the execution of construction works and the provision of services, it shall use the procedures under this Act.
